David has over eighteen years of payments technology and sales experience. Early David achieved the honor of Eagle Scout, enlisted in the Army and became an Airborne Ranger before college where he completed three degrees including his MBA.
As an entrepreneur during the early nineteen-nineties, David started a web development and eCommerce software company that launched his career in payments. In the past two decades he has worked in Sales, Engineering and Operational roles with Internet Billing (iBill), InterCept, PayByTouch and most recently ran all Third-Party and ISO management for First National Bank of Omaha Merchant Solutions Division (FNBO/FNMS).
David lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife and two daughters.
Rich has over 20 years experience in sales and sales management and 12+ years experience in payment processing. After serving our country as a reservist in the U.S. Army, Rich graduated with honors from Park University with a B.S. in Management. After a working for almost a decade in wireless telecom, Rich decided to put his skills to the test in payment processing. Rich has been a speaker at many national events and has been honored numerous times for outstanding service by his loyal clients. Rich has taken this well-rounded experience and put it into play at Transaction Services where he continues to drive service excellence.
Bo has over eighteen years of software and hardware architecture design in payments technology. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, his talents were instrumental in founding a payment processing company where he started his experience in the payments industry. In the past two decades he has worked in software architecture, hardware architecture, security, and compliance roles with Echeck, EPX, InterCept, PayByTouch and most recently Planet Payment.
Bo lives in Elkton, Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
Mark Scagliuso is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TRX Services and is responsible for all phases of the financial and administrative operations of the Company. Prior to his involvement with TRX and for the last 12 years, he has his own consulting business, providing all phases of financial and management consulting, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions and forensic accounting services to clients.
Prior to founding his own consulting business, Scagliuso was the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of OnePath Networks, Inc as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting and Information Officer of the ANTEC Corporation (now Arris Interactive, LTD) . Prior to joining ANTEC (Arris), he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Keptel, Inc.
Scagliuso began his career at Ernst & Young and during his seven years with the Firm he worked with a wide range of clients from small start-ups to Fortune 100 Companies providing audit, tax and consulting services.
Scagliuso a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Accountancy from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Scagliuso resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Kathy and is active in both local civic and professional organizations.
Tom has over thirteen years of network engineering and sales support in payments technology. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Randolph Macon College, he moved to Delaware where he worked in production, integration, and sales support roles with EPX, InterCept, PayByTouch, and most recently as Director of Integration and Sales Support Engineer at EPX, which was acquired by North American Bancard.
Tom lives in Chester, Virginia with his son.
Steve has over twenty years experience in web design and fifteen years experience in payments technology. Steve graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. After holding positions as an Inventory Manager and Sales Manager for a computer manufacturer, he found his true passion, application development. His early web development career was honed during the nine years he worked at TSYS Acquiring. He has now delved into mobile application development to advance the Transaction Services portfolio.
Steve lives in Chandler, Arizona with his wife and two daughters.
